We chose OITO because one of our co-founders and coach is Brazilian and we honour the inclusive space we create.

Muay Thai, the martial art that we train in, fight in and use as basis for our training here, is also know as the art of 8 limbs - two fists, two elbows, two knees, two shins - OITO.

OITO sideways is the Infinity sign (As you can see in our logo). At OITO, we believe in the infinite potential and capacity humans have and the infinite ways you can feel, be, and do better!
We combine the science of physical and mental exercise with the art of movement in order to provide infinite effective ways for you to grow stronger, more confident, more focused and more powerful - physically, mentally and emotionally!

We focus on anyone who wants to give punching, kicking and sweating a go! Our founders and coaches all experience fear (Be it in the ring or outside the daily lives), and also face their fears daily to rise above them, sometimes through tears, sometimes through sweat, sometimes through smiles.

We weren’t born professional athletes, but we are continuously working with discipline on improving ourselves. And, we will help you continuously improve yourselves, regardless of comfort, experience and ambition.
